Using the marketplace

PC Market connects buyers and sellers of computer hardware and tech products. All transactions are between members — PC Market is a platform, not a party to your sale or purchase.

What you may not post

• Counterfeit, stolen or prohibited items
• Misleading photos or descriptions that do not match the item
• Contact details (phone numbers, social handles) in listings or messages intended to bypass the platform
• Spam, offensive content, or listings for services unrelated to tech

Your responsibilities as a seller

• Describe your item accurately and disclose known defects
• Price honestly and honour the agreed price and terms
• Meet the buyer in a safe, public location
• Resolve disputes in good faith

Your responsibilities as a buyer

• Inspect and test items before paying
• Complete agreed payments at handover
• Report issues through the platform rather than abandoning communication

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated prohibited listings, harassment, or attempted fraud. You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

Limitation of liability

PC Market is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between members, including product defects, non-delivery or fraud. We do our best to moderate, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on the site and take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
