Account data: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed) when you register.

Listing data: the photos, descriptions and details you post when creating an ad.

Usage data: pages visited, search queries, device type and IP address, collected via cookies and analytics.

How we use your information

• To operate your account and publish your listings
• To connect you with buyers and sellers through messaging
• To personalise search results and recommendations
• To detect fraud, spam and prohibited items
• To send service updates and, with consent, marketing emails

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email delivery), when required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.

Public profile and listing details (name, location, photos) are visible to other users — that is how a marketplace works.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active, and for 30 days after deletion to allow restoration. Listing data is kept as long as your listing is live plus a 12-month audit period.

Your rights

• Access and export a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
